As an osteria and restaurant, capable of accommodating approximately 250 seated guests, the Cantina Bentivoglio offers a complete menu where you can find not only a panorama of dishes in the great Bolognese tradition, but also excursions into modern cuisines. Tortelloni, tortellini and tagliatelle are made daily with a rolling pin by professional pasta makers, men and women who each year are awarded prizes in civic contests. And the kitchen staff prepares daily the famous Bolognese “ragù” (meat sauce) which are served with our delicious tagliatelle and lasagne. But in the tradition of true Bolognese osterias, you can also come to the Cantina Bentivoglio just for an after-dinner drink, perhaps accompanied by a dessert,  to sample a good bottle of wine chatting with friends or listening to Live Jazz Music.
