Thank you so much for looking after the group so well. Your breakfasts are memorable, I remember them from our previous visits, and everyone said that it was the best breakfast they'd ever had in a hotel.
The rooms are decorated so nicely, and comfortably, and the situation of the hotel is just perfect - the square is so magical and looks good night and day.
Many thanks for the wonderful nibbles at our final reception. Many people in the group say that they are definitely hoping to return to stay at the Orologio.
We certainly hope to return one day, so many thanks indeed.

My wife and I wanted to thank you for the wonderful stay we had at your hotel from September 13 to 17 in the Suite Gallileo. Although we have been to Italy many times, this was our first time to Bologna. We enjoyed ourselves very much. We loved your hotel. It's location in town is excellent. Our suite was fantastic. The hotel amenities, including breakfast, early evening hors d'oeuvres and drinks, internet and e-mail access, and the professionalism, the kindness, helpfulness, and knowledge of the front desk staff were superb.

I stayed in the Commercianti from Wednesday to Saturday last week, in room 321 and left my earrings behind by mistake. I rang the Hotel on Saturday morning from the airport and reported the loss. The receptionist kindly found the earrings for me and has stored them somewhere for return to me. There are three - two emeralds and one small flat gold disc.

May I also take this opportunity to thank you for your hospitality, I enjoyed my stay in the Hotel very much and was particularly grateful for the advice about where to find toy shops!
